The office team at Drama Victoria work to implement the program, link teachers within their community, offer advice and guidance and inform the committee of management, members and key partners on outcomes and visioning for the future.

Susan is a community development, project management, events, marketing and business development specialist.
Commencing as an actor with stage and television credits, Susan founded Paragon United Artists where she produced and directed musical and repertory theatre, produced and promoted major community festivals and events, and later managed Kingston Arts Centre where she spent nine years leading the business to achieve four consecutive Australian Achiever Awards.
As inaugural General Manager of Entertainment Assist, a health promotion charity advocating for the mental health of Australian entertainment industry workers, Susan devised and led world-first research to explore the negative impact the entertainment industry has on the mental health and wellbeing of its workers. She created significant industry partnerships to establish and convene the Australian Allicance for Wellness in Entertainment (AAWE) and co-facilitated the development and delivery of industry specific mental health training inspiring international engagement with her work.
Susan is passionate about the vital role the arts play within our lives and the impact the performing arts industry has on its workers.
Suzie Martens works her magic as administrator for the organisation. Suzie has worked as administrator and event organiser for other Associations over a number of years and brings a wealth of experience to Drama Victoria.
